Are you interested in becoming a coach?

Truth – coaching recreational soccer is less about what you know about the game and more about how much you care and how you show up for the kids. And because of this, it is something that is dear and near to the hearts of many members of our RRSA community and keeps them coming back year after year. Volunteer coaches are often the backbone of youth soccer associations and at RRSA we try to help and accommodate our coaches to the best of our abilities.

Get Started :

Reach out to RRSA about volunteering to coach today and you will be provided with a link to GotSport. There, you will need to complete three requirements:

  1. A background check.
  2. A test related to Concussion Awareness.
  3. An assessment on
    • Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Education
    • Mandatory Reporting
    • Physical and Emotional Misconduct (including bullying, hazing, and harassment)

This process will help you get started on your coaching journey.
